You only pay for the time you need.

  Mediation sessions are $100/hour (1 hour minimum)

  subsequent hours are to the nearest quarter hour.

  Cost is normally divided equally between the parties.

 

  Costs for business mediations are by negotiated contract.

 

  Any required research is $50.00/hour (1 Hour minimum)

  Consultation to prepare parties for court ordered mediation $75.00/hour

      ( 1 hour minimum)

All costs and/or a time limit will be agreed upon before Mediation starts.                      

 

  Outside of Lubbock county travel cost is $0.95/mile one way from

  Lubbock city center to destination or destination city center

  (based on Map Quest). If required, lodging and meals will be billed 

  at actual cost (copies of receipts will be supplied).

  Mediation sessions must be paid at the conclusion of the sessions

  with cash, check, or money order (sorry, NO debit or credit cards) unless

  other arrangements have been agreed upon.

  Each set of forms starts with an instruction sheet on what the different forms are and how to use them.

  There is a Letter or Phone Script form you can use to send a letter to the other party about why you both might 

   want to consider choosing mediation over a court battle. It can be copied into a word document, changed in any

   way you consider necessary and then sent to the other party. It can also be used as a script in a phone call or  

   conversation with the other party.

   There is a copy of the Rules for Mediation. Please read them carefully because both parties will be asked to

   sign a copy of them stating they have read and understand them. This must be done before mediation can start.        

    There is a Mediation Information Sheet. One of these sheets must be filed out for each party and copies

    must be given to the mediator before mediation can start. The mediator will not share this information with any 

    other party.

    Forms for Divorce have an Inventory List for Property Division and the Divorce with children and

    Modification forms have information for parents. The mediator will not share this information with any 

    other party.

     For a Civil Lawsuit the Mediation Information Sheet has room to explain what the lawsuit is about. The

     mediator will not share this information with any other party.
